Can I sell my ex-boyfriend's car and can I make him split the apartment lease with me if the car and the apartment lease are both in my name?

My now ex boyfriend and I have been living together for the last 10 years. He recently moved out. Everything including credit cards, car loan, and apartment lease are in my name. Can I sell the car without his permission? Is he responsible for 1/2 the rent until the lease is up? We shared a bank account and I am getting stuck with all the credit card and other bills--can I make him share those costs?
