The State Bar of Arizona is a non-profit organization that operates under the supervision of the Arizona Supreme Court. The Bar regulates approximately 18,500 active attorneys and provides education and development programs for the legal profession and the public. MSJDN supports military spouses in the legal profession by advocating for licensing accommodations for military spouse attorneys; educating the public about the challenges faced by career-minded military spouses and their families; encouraging the hiring of military spouses; and providing a network connecting military spouse attorneys with each other and their supporters. MothersEsquire is devoted to increasing the retention and promotion rates of women in the law, with particular emphasis on women with children.
