Biography

Bernie Mazaheri is admitted to practice law in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, New York, Oregon and Texas, as well as in a myriad of federal courts throughout the country. He is an active member of the American Bar Association Labor & Employment Section; he is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Historical Society; he has been confirmed as a Kentucky Colonel by Governors Fletcher and Bevin; he is a graduate of Auburn University, Loyola Law School and Leadership Kentucky.

Mazaheri has tried in excess of thirty jury trials and arbitrated hundreds of cases. He has litigated dozens of wage and hour collective actions. Mazaheri is also a regular presenter at Bar conferences and editor of labor treatises and reports. He is known for being innovative and zealous.
