Biography

Bobby Mills represents adoptive parents in agency and independent adoptions, in both in-state and interstate adoptions. He also represents birth parents in the adoption process.

Mr. Mills also helps with family formation through assisted reproductive technologies (ARTS) and surrogacy, including gestational surrogacy arrangements, donor agreements, and actions to establish parentage.

He has been practicing law in Raleigh, North Carolina since 1990 with a practice limited to Family Law and Adoption. He has been a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law since 1998, and a Fellow in the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys since 1995.
