Biography
I focus almost exclusively on creditors' rights, commercial collections and bankruptcy-related litigation in both state and federal court throughout California and Washington. I primarily represent creditors in the collection of commercial accounts and subsequent enforcement of judgments. I also represent creditors in all facets of bankruptcy cases and bankruptcy-related litigation, including nondischargeability, preference and fraudulent transfer actions.
