Biography

Chris has over 12 years of experience both in the law firm setting and as General Counsel to local and international companies. He decided to open CDG Law, Inc. to best use the skills and knowledge gained over the course of his career to have the biggest impact on helping clients with their legal needs. Chris prides himself on his attention to detail, he interpersonal/communication skills and his devotion to his clients.

  Oversaw the preparation and revision of contracts and subcontracts that involved the purchase or sale of goods and services

  Ensured companies’ compliance with internal corporate policies and rules as well as state and Federal law and regulatory agency policies
  
  Provided advice to companies on contractual matters when particular concerns or disputes arouse
  
  Researched, reviewed and closed financings and re-financings of real property interests
  
  Participated and assisted, as needed, in the review of financial reporting of companies and completion of tax returns with corporate accountant
  
  Assisted in the review and binding of insurance for companies as well as provided support with worker’s compensation claims, as needed
