Biography
Dave von Beck has been practicing law for 20 years in the areas of construction defect (for homeowners, condominium HOAs, and commercial building owners), property insurance claims and coverage (for policyholders), consumer protection, and real estate litigation. He recently served as lead counsel in the largest mass action lawsuit in state history, representing over 1,000 homeowners against a national homebuilder.
