At DJS Accident Law, PC, experience isn’t just a slogan — it’s the foundation of everything we do. I’m David J. Shtogren, Esq., and I’ve been fighting for Arizona accident victims since 1998. For more than 27 years, I’ve dedicated my career to representing the injured — recovering tens of millions of dollars on behalf of clients throughout Peoria, Glendale, Sun City, and the greater Phoenix area.

Over the course of my practice, I’ve personally handled thousands of personal injury claims — from car crashes and trucking accidents to slip-and-falls and wrongful death cases. My clients come to me during some of the most stressful moments of their lives, and my goal is simple: to protect them, to fight for them, and to get them the maximum compensation they deserve.

Additional Legal Services

On a flat-fee basis, in addition to personal injury law, DJS Accident Law, PC offers legal services for the formation of an Arizona Limited Liability Company (LLC) to purchase property in Mexico. We handle the transfer of membership interests in an Arizona LLC, where the only asset of the Arizona LLC is the beneficial interest of a Mexican Bank Trust and the right to use the property in Mexico. We work with your Mexican-licensed Realtors, Attorneys licensed in Mexico, and Mexican Closing Coordinators to complete each transfer or transaction.
