Biography

Howard P. Ross has practiced with Battaglia, Ross, Dicus, and McQuaid, P.A. and its predecessors since his graduation from Stetson University College of Law in 1964, one of the longest continuous relationships in St. Petersburg. He was also a law clerk at the firm before he graduated.Mr. Ross is recognized as a 50-year member of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. Mr. Ross’ entire career has been devoted to a broad range of business litigation, business transactions and real estate law.
