James Tarquin obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and earned his JD law degree from the University of Florida School of Law. He is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida.
