Biography

Jamilah L. Espinosa is a licensed attorney and owner of Espinosa Law, PLLC.
Ms. Espinosa is passionate about immigration issues and understands how the immigration process can be overwhelming and at times even intimidating. She strives to educate clients on the immigration process and deliver solutions to meet all family and business immigration needs. For that reason, Ms. Espinosa practices exclusively immigration law with an interest in citizenship, asylum, and family-based cases.

Ms. Espinosa is well versed in all aspects of immigration law and matters, including family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, immigrant visas, naturalization and citizenship, deportation defense, and asylum law. She enjoys the challenge of finding a path for residence for those with barriers to eligibility for immigration benefits such as criminal convictions, long absences from the US, unlawful entries, prior deportations and visa fraud charges. She documents, researches and presents cases effectively and is dedicated to assuring that her clients receive the very best service in their case, and that they attain the best results possible.
