Law Office of Jason Han
I proudly represent individuals who are plaintiffs seeking justice against their employers. Employers believe they're too big to fail, too big to lose. They don't realize they're Goliaths and my clients are David. Together we'll create a strategy to take down the employers who have trampled on your rights.
I bring to your case a wealth of litigation experience in administrative hearings, bench trials, and jury trials. After graduating from the University of Illinois College of Law, I practiced as a prosecutor representing the People of the State of Illinois in enforcing the criminal law. Now I enforce employee rights encoded in state and federal laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Family Medical Leave Act, the Illinois Human Rights Act, and more.

Prosecutor | St. Clair County State's Attorney Office
2013 - 2014
I worked for the largest Illinois county outside of the Chicagoland area. Towns in St. Clair County include East Saint Louis, Fairview Heights, and Belleville. Arguably, St. Clair County processes the most crimes per prosecutor in Illinois, even more than Cook County. I handled dozens of bench and jury trials mainly in the area of misdemeanor and traffic laws.
