Biography

Jennifer concentrates her practice on real estate and corporate transactional matters including litigated matters in both practice areas. Her experience covers a wide range of areas including; residential real estate closings, real estate litigation involving landlord-tenant disputes, foreclosures, mitigating breach of contract disputes, and handling corporate transactional matters. Jennifer has significant experience in nearly all aspects of civil litigation, including pre-suit settlement negotiations through trial. She has been lead counsel on a number of cases, and has successfully drafted and argued dispositive motions, and argued discovery issues.

Jennifer earned a B.A. in both Political Science and Spanish at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her J.D. degree at the University of Gonzaga Law School. While in law school, Jennifer was an Associate Editor for International Law Journal, a member of the Alfred Mugel Tax Moot Court Team, and the President of the Business and Law Society. As the President of the Business and Law Society, Jennifer headed a CLE hosted at the law school with a focus on a range of topics involving corporate securities. Jennifer was also a law clerk at the Washington State Attorney General’s Office in the Torts Department, and a was a law clerk for the University of Gonzaga Business Clinic where she represented small business owners and non-profit corporations with employment contracts, business planning, and corporate restructuring.
