Biography

Jon Alan Enochs is a California licensed attorney focusing his practice in the areas of business litigation, real estate litigation and employment litigation in San Diego. Mr. Enochs brings practical business experience to his practice of the law representing real estate investors and business clients. By approaching the law from a business perspective, Jon Enochs is able to counsel his clients on the wisdom of various solutions to their problems, and he is able to guide and direct them toward the best course of action to meet their objectives

Mr. Enochs obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from San Diego State University in 1990, and later earned his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1999, working by day and attending law school at night, and passing the California Bar Exam later that same year. Between those two college degrees, Mr. Enochs spent nearly a decade in the banking industry, dealing extensively with credit and collections on real estate secured loans. He is also experienced working with real estate agents and brokers and real estate investors, as well as small business owners in San Diego.

During his tenure in the banking industry, Mr. Enochs worked with many lawyers from the perspective of a client or consumer of legal services, as he was frequently called upon to hire lawyers to litigate matters related to credit and collections. It was during this time that Mr. Enochs developed an appreciation for the importance of lawyers to focus on customer service when providing advice and representation to their clients. Mr. Enochs has carried this concept into his own practice of law and strives to provide a high level of customer service and excellent client relations to ensure he is meeting his clients needs and helping them achieve their goals.

Mr. Enochs devotes a large portion of his spare time toward community involvement and is active in the Rotary, Kiwanis Club, and Little League in San Diego. He also volunteers his time and legal expertise to counsel distressed home owners through the Community Housing Works non-profit organization.
