Keith Custis is an employment lawyer and wrongful termination attorney in Los Angeles. Keith founded Custis Law, P.C. to represent employees in cases involving wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, workplace retaliation, wage and hour violations and violations of the numerous laws that require job-protected leaves of absence. Keith also represents employees and consumers in wage and hour and consumer class action lawsuits.

Having represented some of the largest companies in the world, Keith evaluates employment law matters from every angle and perspective, including the employer’s point of view. He is a strategic negotiator and effective litigator who provides caring, personalized representation focused on each client’s individual goals and circumstances.

Prior to founding Custis Law, P.C., Keith represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in consumer class action and other commercial litigation, working with Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston and Stroock, Stroock & Lavan LLP, in Los Angeles. More recently, Keith also worked with a consumer class action law firm where his work helped recover over $14,000,000 on behalf of his clients and class members. Keith also served as the principal of Custis Law Office, the predecessor to Custis Law, P.C., where he represented employees in wrongful termination and other employment matters, and companies in a broad range of business disputes.

Keith is active in the legal community. In July 2018, Keith was appointed to the Editorial Board of the Los Angeles Lawyer magazine, the monthly publication of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. In August 2018, Keith was appointed to the Dinner Committee of LACBA’s Labor and Employment Section.
