Biography

I founded Marc Brown, P.A., because I believe that clients should expect nothing less than consummate professionalism, clear and reliable guidance, and unwavering commitment from their lawyer. For well over a decade, I have made those qualities the cornerstone of my practice.

As a Miami native, I have extensive experience in a wide range of transactional and litigation matters. My clients range from some of the world largest financial institutions involved in consumer finance litigation to individuals and families seeking to purchase their first home. Regardless of the size or complexity of the matter or the type of client, I provide the same degree of personal attention, accessibility, and professional service to everyone I have the privilege to represent.
Personal Focus and Value

I decided to start my own practice after spending years in large law firms. While gaining valuable knowledge and insight during my time at bigger firms, I concluded that I could provide a better client experience and greater value in a more personal setting. Lower overhead costs translate into lower fees, and a smaller practice allows me to truly get to know my clients and develop a deep understanding of their issues, needs, and concerns.

I graduated from Florida State University and earned my law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, I have earned an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest possible rating for ethical standards and legal ability.

I am admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as all U.S. District Courts and bankruptcy courts in the state.
