Biography
Attorney Paul d’Oliveira started his personal injury law practice in 1989 with two offices in Fall River, MA and East Providence, RI. Today his firm has 19 offices in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Attorney d’Oliveira graduated from LaSalle Academy in Providence, RI in 1975 with honors. He graduated from Suffolk University Law School cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Creighton University in 1979. He got his J.D. or law degree from Suffolk University in 1984.
Attorney d’Oliveira is admitted to practice law in both RI and MA. He attends several legal seminars every year to learn and apply new innovative ways to practice personal injury and social security disability law as well as learning about dangerous drugs and defective products. He is always looking for new ways to better service the clients in his firm as getting clients a fair settlement of their loss quickly so they can move on with their lives is important as is ongoing quality client service.
His professional associations include the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Association of Justice, and the Rhode Island Association of Justice. He is the President of the Trial Lawyers Marketing Roundtable and is an active member of the Masters Marketing Group as well as part of the National Trial Lawyers Association.

Our law firm primarily handles motor vehicle accident cases, slip and falls, dog bite cases and various other types of personal injury cases. We work with lawyers and remain jointly responsible for other types of cases such as workers compensation, social security disability, medical malpractice, bad drugs and medical devices and many other type of personal injury cases.
All of the attorneys here have at least 20 years of experience in handling personal injury cases. Our philosophy is that we are committed to getting our clients top dollar for their injury case and we also care deeply about delivering great client service as we feel this is very important as well.
