Biography

I decided on a career in law because I enjoy solving problems and helping people in the best of times, worst of times, and in between. I have been a Chicago resident for over 20 years, after having grown up in Central Illinois. In 2001, I was admitted to the bar, and in 2006, I opened my own solo office in downtown Chicago. In 2015, I formed a partnership with two outstanding attorneys, Doug and Kathy. Outside of the law, I am an avid hiker, runner, and music lover.

We are a service oriented law firm, meaning that we try our best to get to know our clients on a personal level. We give detailed consultations where we explore all possible options to solve a legal problem. We encourage our clients to ask questions. Our practice areas are mainly real estate transactions and bankruptcy, but we are a full service office which is capable of handling other matters as well. We have convenient offices in downtown Chicago, Oak Lawn, and Joliet, and we represent clients throughout the entire Chicago area.
