Biography
Rodrick F. Wimberly is the managing partner of the Lakeshore East Law Group and has been a practicing attorney and a litigator since 1995. He initially began his career as an associate for Frazin and Fisher in Chicago, then became an associate with Howard B. Brookins and Associates in 1998 before opening his own law firm in 2000.
He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Chicago Kent College of Law, the law school of the Illinois Institute of Technology where he was recognized for his legal writing and trial advocacy skills. In addition to his work in the legal field, Attorney Wimberly is the facilitator of the Legal Ministry of the 20,000 member Apostolic Church of God in Chicago. The ACOG Legal Ministry provides church wide forums, instruction and workshops on legal issues that affect the church community as well as to provide direct advocacy to enhance the lives of church members and those of the Chicago community. His legal excellence, passion for the law and commitment to help people in their hour of greatest need, drives the philosophy of the Lakeshore East Law Group.
