Judicial Clerk - State Courts of Vermont
Private Practice - 31 years in Michigan and Vermont, and Federal Courts in numerous jurisdictions. Dozens of cases tried.
I have practiced nearly every type of law imaginable. For the last 30 years, my focus has been on civil litigation, although I still regularly am involved in other legal matters, as well. Among the areas I handle the most are commercial litigation, medical malpractice, real estate disputes, personal injury, and bankruptcy.
In addition to having my solo practice, I am affiliated in some matters with the prominent litigation firm of Bos & Glazier.
My office is conveniently located in the historic Berkey & Gay Building on the north edge of downtown Grand Rapids.
