Biography

SpencePC is an intellectual property and complex litigation firm. We focus on intellectual property disputes, including patent and trade secret litigation, and other complex, commercial disputes. We also offer litigation-focused patent and trademark prosecution. Although we are based in Chicago, IL, we provide U.S. legal services to clients across the globe. We have a proven record of success in state and federal courts around the country, as well as in front of the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office. Notably, our attorneys possess the broad technical expertise necessary to resolve litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other contentious administrative proceedings. We also provide significant expertise and flexibility with alternative fee arrangements (AFAs).
