What rights do I have if I was wrongfully dismissed from nursing school?

I was dismissed from a nursing program two months before graduation, after two years of hard work and sixty-four credit hours with good grades. I was kicked out because I failed the same class twice, taught by the same instructor, who I believe was biased against me. I told the school about my issues with the instructor and they never intervened. I need help, and am thirty thousand dollars in debt for the school.
