Biography
I graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in 2000 and from Boston University School of Law with a J.D. in 2006. After working in the Los Angeles office of the international law firm Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP for eight years, I started an e-commerce apparel company and ran it for five years before deciding to return to the law and use the combination of my legal and startup skills to advise other startups and early-stage companies. My expertise is in general corporate matters, commercial contracts, venture capital fundraising deals and mergers and acquisitions.
