New Jersey Attorney General Experience
Mr. Mullins was lead counsel against a financial services company for CFA violations in a parallel, multi-state action alongside nineteen other States and the Department of Justice (DOJ). As part of this effort, he obtained injunctions and million-dollar consent judgments involving on-line advertising, Bitcoin mining, and gaming companies. He also participated on the executive committees of lead States investigating some of the largest retail data breaches ever, affecting hundreds of millions of consumers, and partnered with the New Jersey State Police and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Mr. Mullins was lead or co-counsel in a dozen whistleblower or qui tam matters against government contractors or other recipients of State funding for violations of the NJFCA relating to fraudulent healthcare, higher education, and other services.
