Biography

Attorney Joe Serrantino is an accomplished and experienced Trial Attorney and is also the founding member of Serrantino Law, LLC. Joe has experience representing clients all over the State of Connecticut and in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Joe's main areas of practice include Personal Injury Litigation, Criminal Defense, Claimant's Workers Compensation, Business Litigation, and Contract/Land Dispute Litigation. In 2018 and 2019, Joe was included in New England Super Lawyers Magazine and selected to the 2018 and 2019 Connecticut Rising Stars list in the areas of Plaintiff's Personal Injury and Business Litigation.

Also in 2018, Joe was chosen by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys (NACDA) to receive the TOP 10 Under 40 Attorney Award for the State of Connecticut for his work and dedication to representing his Criminal Defense clients. Currently, Joe is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut, Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Connecticut Federal District Court. He is a member of the CT Trial Lawyers Association, the CT Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the CT Criminal Defense Attorneys Association.

Joe is a Connecticut and Middlesex County Native. Born in Hartford and raised in Cromwell, he is a graduate of Xavier High School in Middletown, Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, and Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts. While attending Western New England University School of Law, Joe served as a Production Editor on the school's Law Review and graduated in the top 8% of his class.In his spare time, you will find Joe on the golf course at his home golf club, Wallingford Country Club, and competing in CT State Golf Association sanctioned events. Joe currently lives in Middletown, CT with his fiance and his rescue pup, Ava.
