Biography

I have specialized in commercial civil litigation for over 35 years. I have handled matters at both the trial and appellate levels.
I have specialized experience in construction matters, for both commercial and residential matters. I have represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. I have filed and defended against construction liens for commercial and residential projects.
My practice is exclusively commercial litigation, which encompasses many areas of law and many different types of problems. Our firm has years of experience in the representation of businesses of all size and individuals.

I also have specialized experience in asserting and defending claims under the Consumer Fraud Act in New Jersey and New York.

I am a graduate of Rutgers College, Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey. I have earned my Juris Doctor degree at Rutgers School of Law, Camden, New Jersey.
