From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Foster was employed as an attorney advisor/underwriter for the U.S. Small Business Administration. From 2008 to 2013, he was employed as an associate attorney for a local real estate litigation firm (Castle Law Group, LLC). During this time he also represented debtors in bankruptcy on a part-time basis. In 2013, he began representing small to mid-sized companies in entity selection and organizations, contract litigation, and strategic workouts for distressed businesses. The firm also represented individuals and businesses in bankruptcy chapter 7, 13 and 11. During this time, William served as in-house counsel to a local mid-sized company on a part-time basis. During the year 2017, he closed Foster Law Group and opened Consumer Law Pro which focuses exclusively on bankruptcy law.
